Summer Book Dive
This summer, you are invited to join us for what we are calling The Summer Book Dive. All books have something to tell us about our life and faith. On the following Tuesdays, we will be discussing the following books:

June 12
Day Group at 3:00pm                  Book: Unafraid by Adam Hamilton
Evening Group at 7:00pm           (Confronting fear which controls and destroys)

June 26
Day Group at 3:00pm                  Book: Origin by Dan Brown
Evening Group at 7:00pm           (Intriguing novel about origins of life. Love the ending.)

July 10
Day Group at 3:00pm                   Book: Keep Moving: And Other Tips and Truths About
Evening Group at 7:00pm            Aging by Dick Van Dyke  (Dick Van Dyke gives an honest assessment of the gift of years . Something for everybody.)

July 31
Day Group at 3:00pm                  Book: House Rules by Jodi Picoult
Evening Group at 7:00pm            (If autism has touched your life in some way, you’ll appreciate the author’s realistic look into one family’s life and struggles. Good story too.)

August 7
Day Group at 3:00pm               Book: Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival
Evening Group at 7:00pm         Resilience, and Redemption by Laura Hillenbrand (An incredibly inspiring true story for any sports fan or war history buff. A raw human story of pain                                                                                   and forgiveness. Yes, the book is better than the movie.)

Participants are responsible for obtaining their own books but we will assist if you have trouble locating a copy. Two of our go-to sources for books are Abebooks.com and Amazon.com. Meetings are at church unless publicized to be elsewhere.
